This project with DIY Garage focused on creating practical training content for customers before they step into the shop. The goal was to produce a clear, straightforward video that walks clients through the basics of how the space works, what to expect when they arrive, and how to safely operate within the garage environment.

Alongside the video, I captured a set of clean reference photos showing the tools and equipment available in the shop. These images were designed for the website to give customers a quick visual understanding of what they’ll be working with before booking time in the space.

The final content gives DIY Garage a simple, easy-to-follow resource library helping first-time customers feel more confident, saving staff time on repeated walkthroughs, and making the overall experience smoother from the moment someone lands on the site.
